Senior members of the community, Virendra Bhavsar, Nirmala Bhavsar, Manmohan Bhavsar, Krishna Kant, Ashok and Rajni Kant Bhavsar were present as special guests. The meeting began with the former president, Virendra Bhavsar, providing an overview of the work done during his tenure. The treasurer, Nirmal Bhavsar, presented the income and expenditure statement.

Following this, discussions were held on the formation of the new executive committee. The following office bearers were unanimously elected:

* **Treasurer:** Ajay Bhavsar
* **Joint Treasurer:** Nimit Bhavsar
* **Deputy Secretaries:** Ajay, Ashok, Hitesh, Bharat, Hemant, Rupesh Bhavsar
* **General Secretary:** Dinesh Kodarlal Bhavsar
* **Education Secretary:** Jitendra Bhavsar
* **Cultural Secretary:** Dinesh Bhavsar
* **Joint Secretary:** Divyesh Bhavsar
* **Temple Committee Secretary:** Naresh and Hemendra Bhavsar
* **Media In-charge:** Sudhir Bhavsar and Naresh Bhavsar

Virendra, Manmohan, Ashok, Krishna Kant, Nirmal and Rajni Kant Bhavsar were appointed as patrons of the executive committee. Himanshu, Gaurav, Ruchir, Abhishek, Nimesh, Deepesh and Maya Devi, Gunvanti, Sarika, Anita from the women’s wing were included as members of the executive committee.

The new executive committee emphasised the importance of unity and collective efforts within the community and called for everyone to work together for the development of the Samaj.
